David's most important trait is that he listens. I've used Benchmark and David on three occasions - for three different issues. In each case, he spent the time needed to understand my condition and propose a plan of treatment. At each point in the process, David clearly communicated the plan and got my approval to proceed. My first issue was pretty serious. I progressed slowly and steadily toward complete resolution. My second issue was not serious. I decided PT was not helping and stopped therapy. My third issue was not medically serious but very serious to me. David "cured" my symptoms in one visit! This doesn't mean I'm cured, I have another appointment to repeat the process. For now, I'm cured! If we need to repeat the process, good! I'll only get better!
