I've been going to optometrists & ophthalmologists since 1970 (I was 3). I've seen good, bad, and indifferent. Dr. Johnson & his staff are among the best I've ever seen. They're a wonderful group that care for the whole patient... not just "get them in & out then write a prescription". They talk with people and help guide you to the best choices for your care. On some weird level I wish I saw them more frequently than an annual visit, because I enjoy being in their office.
