The 3 months I spent learning from David Jones was revolutionary in my viewpoints regarding assertive communication vs passive, aggressive, or passive aggressive behaviors. I found new skills in managing anxiety and criticism as well as navigating refusals effectively while maintaining positive thinking for a relationship with healthy boundary’s.
