I can highly recommend Dr Phelps After an auto accident I had in 1985 He has made it possible for me to enjoy Working on my horse farm My neck was damaged and sometimes I can’t even turn my head He fixes it perfectly every time and he never pressures anyone to have to come back constantly!!! Just when you need to feel better and I love that!!! D. Mullenix
