I've been to a lot of chiropractors, and Dr. Picinich is by far the best I have seen. Extremely knowledgable and caring. Spends so much time with you making sure you are feeling good, addressing any problems you may be having. He will give you a full body adjustment, instead of focusing on just one area of the body as many others do. When I go, he adjusts my back, shoulders, neck, fingers and sometimes even toes! I feel very lucky to have such an amazing chiropractor right here in Oneonta!
