Dawn has been extremely helpful with many issues in various areas of my life. She is easy to talk to and you feel she is truly invested in your improvement. She keeps things light and simple, and is a tremendous help in untangling feelings and life's problems. The only reason I am only rating four stars is because she does have a tendency to run behind schedule, which can sometimes be inconvenient. Otherwise she is a wonderful professional I would recommend to anyone.
