My experience was very different from any other eye doctor I've ever been seen by. Her approach isn't conventional. My prescription is quite strong and Dr Fitzgerald had "out of the box" suggestions on how to treat my vision issues, without forcing anything. She explained the ways my eyes have changed through the years, and double and triple checked that I was okay/comfortable with her suggestions before moving forward with anything. She seemed genuinely thankful that I trust her as my doctor. That's something I will never forget! She's great. The staff were super as well. I didn't make the appointment, so I couldn't speak to the ease of scheduling.
