I began working with Deb during the height of pandemic to address some mental health issues I was struggling with. She took her time getting to know me and my history and helped me understand what was ultimately driving my issues. She taught me ways to manage it, restructure my thought processes, and gave me the tools to turn things around. She also helped my partner and I navigate through a particularly complex time in our lives and I can honestly say I do not think I would be where I am today if I had not spent the time working with Deb. Beyond being a very professional and experienced therapist, she's also a very caring and kind human! I would (and have) recommend her to anyone looking for a mental health professional to work with.
