I saw Debbie for about 3.5 years and in the time we worked together my life changed completely--for the better. She has a keen understanding of complex trauma and the brain and helped me navigate through multiple childhood issues and major traumas that had occurred in my adult life. It wasn't easy, and I had to do a lot of personal work, but that's the nature of therapy. I'm very thankful for Debbie's presence in my life and for the strength of her voice that helped me to find my own.
