I often say the world would be a much happier place if everyone had a therapist—especially one like Dr. Grayson. During one of the toughest storms in my life, she taught me how to dance in the rain. Her deep understanding and empathy have been invaluable in my journey toward mental health and healing. I truly can't imagine navigating life's challenges without her guidance and support.
