She was very professional and caring. She was purposeful in her questions and helped me to be very reflective. If you are not ready to take responsibility and make changes, but want someone to simply coddle you, perhaps find a friend. However, if you’re ready to be accountable and actively find resolutions, I would definitely recommend her to help you on your life’s journey.
