Deborah was referred to me during a very difficult time in my life. I was skeptical to try a new therapist as I have seen many in the past with little impact on my life. I started seeing her via telehealth in April 2020. I am still a patient. Deborah's approach to therapy is refreshing. Even though we have never met in person, Deborah's ability to listen and understand me is second to none. She has never made me feel judged or unimportant. In fact, I know that without Deborah's help, I would be in a very horrible place. She's walked with me through my addiction journey, a bad break up, mid-life crises and career missteps. She genuinely cares about my well being and has been instrumental in helping me build a plan to live life on life's terms. She has opened my eyes to different ways of thinking about myself and my surroundings. She's stood with me through the ups and downs, all via telehealth. I highly recommend Deborah as a therapist - I would not be where I am today without her!
