I have read through the other comments and agree that Dr. Bike speaks directly and is not afraid to stay in her lane when it comes to the clients and conditions she's comfortable treating. I respect the fact that she does not risk anyone's time or health by attempting to treat mental health issues that she feels unsuited for. I wouldn't want to work with anyone who wasn't fully confident in their capacity to improve my condition. Dr. Bike has some clear strengths and will work with clients to enhance their ADHD toolbox. I found many of her suggestions to be extremely helpful and still use them several years after our last session. Dr. Bike is not warm and fuzzy but she is very good at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone seeking clear direction on how to improve executive function and manage ADHD-related anxiety.
