Dr. Denise Kniefel saved my son's life. During a routine eye exam, she noticed pressure in his eyes. After the appointment, she promptly called my son's pediatrician and then called us to recommend he immediately go to an ER for an MRI. The MRI showed a large brain tumor that was causing fluid to build up in his brain requiring emergency surgery. Multiple doctors have confirmed that had Dr. Kniefel not acted so quickly and recommended my son be seen immediately, he likely had only days before the swelling in his brain became fatal. We will be grateful to her forever.
