I could not be more grateful for the care I recieved from Denise in my time in therapy with her. After struggling with Panic and Anxiety tripping into Depression and finding no progress with other Doctors and medicine I thankfully was referred to Denise and from the first session my recovery began. Denise combines incredible competence with sincere empathy and consistency. She helped me to more deeply understand the factors contributing to my experience and helped to not only treat the panic and anxiety with tools that I still use to this day, but also to alieve the depression, have a better understanding of grief, and ultimatlely taper off medication. Beyond this Denise helped me to better understand myself and my life situation and helped guide me in changes and priorties that changed my life in very meaningful ways. I cannot recommend Denise highly enough. If you are struggling and looking for help she is someone who will absolutely be a partner in your journey to get better.
