Dr. Scales is a highly skilled practitioner who combines Chiropractic and the Mortor B.E.S.T. techniques to achieve optimum results that benefit one’s physical , emotional and mental health. He was my practitioner for years until I moved out of state. The results his techniques bring will substantially improve patients overall results.
