I really cannot say enough great things about Dr. Pabin. I can honestly say that she saved my life. I have suffered from Interstitial Cystitis and pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms for almost a decade. I have used medications, seen multiple specialists, and other physical therapists, but no one has helped me more than Dr. Pabin. There have been times that I felt so hopeless and broken and truly believed that there would never be an end to my pain. One of the first things that I truly appreciated what how straightforward and realistic about what options there were for my specific issues. She never questioned the pain that I described or made me feel crazy. She never tried to sell me on products or medications. She treated my flare ups and problem areas, but more important, she taught me stretching, breathing, massaging, and proper kegel exercises to do at home, which really has been incredibly life changing. I'm no longer in pain everyday, obsessed with having to be near a restroom at a
