If you need a physical therapist that is not only an excellent healthcare provider, but also personable, supportive, and caring, that’s Trudy. When I started having knee, back, and calf issues, I was told by friends about Trudy. I’d been to physical therapists before but when I learned that Trudy would come to my home for treatment, I decided to call her. By observing me in my own environment she was able to develop a plan that fit into my life, and to adjust and advise for my greatest success. She gave me exercises I could actually do, and prepared personalized videos so I could do them on my own—this made all the difference for me. Her positive demeanor gave me confidence as I got stronger and more mobile, and my quality of life improved. She has not only been helping me, but has since helped my wife as well. If you need a physical therapist, I know nobody better than Trudy, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
