I have had several therapists over the years. Half of them were ill-suited to their profession--judgmental, narrow-minded--while the other half were little more than paid listeners. In sharp contrast, Dr. Diane Herbs is wonderful. She keeps track of what goes on in each session, gives me "homework" to complete before our next visit, & follows up on those assignments. She listens with purpose and gives insightful, caring feedback. She is the only one who actually helps me. Give her a call.
