Dolan is a remarkable therapist. I work with Dolan to treat my OCD and depression. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He approaches every visit with curiosity, kindness, understanding, and a great sense of humor. He makes CBT fun. Yes, I know that sounds odd, but it is true, and it makes doing the difficult work so much easier. He did every exposure exercise with me. Every single one. He does not ask me to do something he is not ready to also do, which is incredibly supportive. He is supportive, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. His help has made a profound impact on my life and he continues to do so. I highly recommend Dolan. He is a singular person and incredible therapist.
