I walked into Dr. Costello's office without an appointment when he was seeing his last patient of the day. I told his assistant about my problems and after informing Dr. Costello about them, I was taken to the examination room. Dr. Costello gave me a very thorough exam despite the fact that I had no appointment and he should have been out of the office by then. Thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and friendly, he is everything a doctor should be.
