I got paired up with Dr. Brent after realizing, in the middle of COVID, that I needed somewhere to talk through my stress, my own trauma, and how to manage family and work situations that I was, at best, stumbling through. She has gently but firmly pushed me. I'm a better parent, and I'm more balanced at work. She calls like she sees it but with empathy, and I am so fortunate that she had availability when I finally figured out that I needed to talk to someone.
