Nurse Crichton was wonderful. She encouraged me to elaborate why I needed the zoom visit with her. She was so attentive and patient. I appreciated her warmth, her personality and her advice for a follow up plan was perfect. She emailed me after the visit to make sure I received the info we discussed. She spent more time with me than I imagined .She made sure I understood her concerns , after listening to mine. I am so grateful to have had this telehealth meeting with nurse Crichton. We ended with a plan we both agreed to. She took the fear and knot in my stomach away. I can not praise this smart, kind nurse enough . I would recommend her to any one of my family or friends with no hesitation.
