Donna is an extraordinary therapist. I am completely puzzled by the negative reviews here and don’t recognize the clinician I feel I know so well. I have seen Donna at various points in my life: from when I was a graduate student in a demanding program, dealing with the effects of a dysfunctional family of origin and relocating from another country, to years later, married and with children, one of whom had mental health issues that were devastating to her and disruptive to the family dynamic. I genuinely feel that I / my child / my family would be in an entirely different place had it not been for Donna. She is empathetic, bright, intuitive, able to untangle difficult issues better than anyone and to offer creative and effective paths towards a resolution or better outcome. She is also kind, warm and has a great sense of humor. Thanks largely to my child’s needs, I have met and observed very many therapists and can report that none have matched Donna’s skill.
