Very kind, unflappable, not easily conned by myself (or some pretty convincing relatives), doesn't make conjectures, just goes on the overall facts presented. She was the person, along with some other people in recovery,who convinced me that the world really does NOT come crashing down if you admit to pain or shame or regret or sadness. She helped me immensely
