I went into ADC Urgent Care to get antibiotics for a nascent sinus/upper respiratory bug. My fiance is immune compromised and had already been to the ER once. I couldn't just ride it out. Donna listened to us, respected my symptoms as more than just manifestations of my severe allergies and gave me a more comprehensive treatment plan than I've ever had for such illness. She respected my 'no prednisone' rule and had a LOT of very useful advice for us, including a sample inhaler.
