Dr. Wilder is very knowledgeable and effective in treating my lower back pain. I came in with severe low back pain and stiffness. I was seen right away and immediately felt better after the first visit. She explained everything thoroughly and what I can do to avoid further injuries. She was also helpful in showing me some exercises and stretches to do at home to help maintain good posture. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that experience lower back like me!
