Dorothy Lacombe is one of the most thorough and compassionate providers I have been to. I spent years going to different Rheumatologists that told me that it was all in my head. She spent the time to listen to me and to think outside of the box to figure out what was going on. A lot of blood work later, LOL, she figured it out. I no longer felt like I was struggling alone. She always listens to what is going on and if things aren't working quickly comes up with something else to help. I recently had been trying infusions to help with all of my pain and inflammation. I kept having allergic reactions to them. John, was great in listening to me when my body was reacting in strange ways to say, nope, we can't do this. Dorothy was great in coming right in to say we need to stop this one. Give this, and then come back and we will try this. After having reactions on several different ones. Pam was AWESOME. She spent a long time going through each medication to see if she could figure out why I would be reacting to each infused medication. After a bit she came back and said I was allergic to what they were putting in them. All had the same component. It was Pam's thoughtfulness and compassion for a patient that she took this time to literally go through each one to see why this was happening. THANK YOU PAM for being so incredibly diligent and caring. I can't thank all of them enough for being the compassionate people they are and for loving what they do. There are in this profession to help the patient and it shows. They all end up being like family. You can always reach out and they are there to help.
