I'm 66 and I've been to several therapists in my life. Dorothy is the best of the best. She is very professional, respectful and the real deal. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in her treatment plan. I've been to therapists who claimed to use CBT, but they only talked the jargon and lacked techniques and substance. Dorothy actually guided me through specific exercises and processes that really worked for me. Her feedback is methodical, fact based and supportive. I'd recommend Dorothy to anyone. I read some of the negative reviews about her and do not agree with their assessments.
