Dr. Carpenter was a total Godsend to me. In the darkest hour of my life, Dr. Carpenter patiently walked me back from the edge of no-return. Now as a person who is mentally and emotionally healthy, I realize just how incredibly good Dr. C was for me. His gentle counsel in the beginning helped me take baby steps on a path towards healing. As I began to really gain the needed self-perspective to grow as a person and in my relationships, Dr. C became more bold and forthright in addressing me (just as I needed). He knows when to console, confront, and challenge those under his care.
