Originally went to Dr Hamner for sleep apnea, Did the sleep study and was set up with a C-pap machine which has helped with me with getting a better nights sleep. Also i suffered mightily from restless leg syndrome. My life was a complete mess because my RLS was so bad that i just couldnt get any sleep. The neurologist i was seeing was prescribing meds that were actually making my RLS worse. It took months but followed Dr. Hamners advice and withdrew from some of the meds i was on and starting taking some new meds prescribed by him and within a few months i started feeling so much better. Now my RLS is under control and i get 6-7 hours sleep a night. would highly recommend Dr. Hamner especially if you suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome.
