Dr Hoo is truly a blessing of a physician who had been thorough with my care throughout the entirety of my time with him. I switched PCP to him after years of not having my concerns heard or addressed. He took the time (nearly an hour) to comprehensively review all my needs, history, concerns, and created a tailored plan for me as his patient. And thank God he did because my health declined within a year and he was relentless in finding the right people to care for me and never once did he make me feel like I was crazy. I regained my quality of life because of his attentiveness and willingness to find what I needed. I cannot recommend him enough! As well as the staff who are also so kind and prompt with calls and communications via MyChart.
