I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Herrera and all I can say is that is he is a special and great person. Not only is he kind and caring of the staff but he also cared for his patients in a way that you were part of his family. He is very dedicated to his work and patients, he never leaves anything unfinished which is great because as staff and a patient those things are very important to me. He will be very missed because he left Delaware and moved to PA. I hear everyday from his old patients that they miss him as well and no doctor can compare to him.
