Patient Reviews
Jun 26, 2024
I've been dealing with a ski accident on 1-18-24 which has morphed into further complications since which is the reality at 71. Today is 6-26-24 and tomorrow at 4:07 pm is a full 23 weeks.I came to Dr Black on the recommendation of a friend after expressing a lack of progress and worse with the first provider. In the space of an hour in the first meeting Monday, I finally have a satisfactory sense of what was going on, a better read on the all the notes and images that had to been accumulated with the original provider, and a prescription that is working great and validating his explanation. He had scheduled an MRI for next Monday and an appointment the following Tuesday. So after 22 weeks of pain, confusion and a lack of progress, I am quite positive about this Doctor after one visit.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
