We give Dr. Chaudhry 5 plus stars, he is an amazing doctor that truly cares for his patients but I wish I could give 2 separate ratings one for him and one for his staff because I give them ZERO stars if I could. Last week, the woman who was answering the phone hung up on me several times and when I finally got through she was very very rude and unprofessional. She even told me my request are “too much.” This is not the first time we have been hung up on or have been spoken to like we are a burden for simple requests like a referral. It is a shame because my family loves Dr. Chaudhry but can no longer deal with the disrespectful person answering his office phone and we just switched PCPs.
