I was admitted to Parkview regional Hosp. with a jawbone infection. Dr Shukla was my Hospitalist & I felt very much at ease with him. He followed up after my surgery, making sure I was comfortable. When I & my husband did not agree with the Infectious Disease Dr treatment, Dr Shukla also acted as a mediator & came up with a treatment plan that I felt comfortable with. That shows that he cares not only for a patient but a person.
