Dr. Ray spent a lot of time explaining things very well. He answered all of my questions and helped me to understand what my next steps should be. He had great bedside manner and he is very trustworthy. If I end up needing surgery, I know I will be in good hands. He took time to answer all of my questions. very thorough. highly recommend. impressed by his professionalism as well
