Dr Lo managed the care of a family member. Because of the pandemic, I could not travel to California and oversee care from my loved one's hospital room. Dr Lo appeared to be very thorough in his assessment as my family member had several issues happening at once. He called me from my family's room 2-3 times each day with an update and was very respectful of my questions and concerns. My family member was a fairly difficult patient in terms of temperament and the way he treated Dr Lo and other staff, but the doctor took that in stride and managed to navigate that pretty well too. Hated not being there but felt like everything was under control.
