Patient Reviews
Apr 23, 2020
Dr. Greenbaum successfully replaced my failing mitral valve in mid 2019 using the modern trans catheter procedure. He and his team have given me a new lease on life. Having had the open chest procedure 10 years ago (also at Emory) for my first valve replacement, I know the difference re both physical healing and valve function.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
