Dr. Yates is very personable and has a great bedside manner. He talks with you one on one, like a person who is a friend. Easygoing manner, explains everything in a clear, easy to understand way. He listens to what you have to say. Spends time with you and explains your follow up instructions in a concise manner. He definitely wants the patient to feel comfortable and answers any questions. Great doctor! There should be more out there like him! ??????
