He listens. He is responsive to any concerns that I might have. He takes time to be sure that I understand procedures and the terminology. My phone calls are dealt with promptly. I feel like I’m being heard. A doctor who I feel has awesome medical knowledge and wonderful with his patients. Very happy and fortunate to have him as my doctor.
