The Pro: Although going through a back surgery is not 'fun.' The results through Dr Stone and his team were phenomenal. I could tell on the day of surgery that the relief was REAL. Now, 6 weeks later, doing PT exercises and no bending, twisting, and lifting (20 lbs allowed at this time). My recovery is beyond exceptional! Follow the instructions and BE CAREFUL! Currently walking comfortably about 12K steps per day. A little stiff, sore, but essentially NO PAIN.The Unfortunate, Possibly Necessary Con:The entire diagnostic process through ProOrtho was Fantastic! The only draw back was the amount of time it took to come to the conclusion. From X-rays, Steroid Shot, MRI, Acupuncture, Physical therapy, and NUCCA Chiropractic care, the total time was 4 days short of 5 months to the surgery day. I understand, however, that everyone's body is different and needs time to adjust. I wish there was a way to shorten the time. It was tough to go through the pain for that long.
