Dr. Youssef is the best . Back when the person on the phone was decent I received an appointment and back then the person on the phone was very nice but I don't what kind of education a person needs to treat patients in such a rude manner. Never did get to get an appointment because she said maybe a month or a year. What's the matter with this picture. I love, love Dr. Youssef but since all the staff has changed and I bet the doctors never know what is going on with the phone communication .......I am going to keep calling , and hoping I get past the one rude person or maybe there two.
