I've got a complex condition in my hands called Dupuytren's Contracture that is both progressive and aggressive. It causes deformity of the fingers/hands due to the hardening of the skin tissue (palmar fascia). While there is a non-surgical treatment (collagen injection) which I tried but didn't work, surgery was my only option. Dr. Esmail today did my third surgery. He truly is an A+++ 5+++ surgeon. Both, Kaiser and his patients are lucky to Have him. Thanks, Doc!
