I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Kothare and Nurse Brice for their exceptional care during my visit. They turned a typically draining ER experience into a positive one. I was seen within minutes of arriving, greeted with smiles, and received explanations about the potential causes of the issue. No one wants to go to the ER, but their expertise, hospitality, and a bit of humor- made all the difference. If another situation arose, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. UPMC Shadyside is doing amazing work! Thank you.
