Was under his care for a 12 day hospital stay. His explanations and calmness in detailing the required surgical activities and related procedures provided reassurance and confidence in the ultimate results not only to me but to my family,. Those very positive results were ultimately achieved. His taking the time to have personal discussions with individual family members was most appreciated
