The best initial & continuing patient contacts in my experience since 1997 in El Paso, TX. One out of four physicians that clearly read medical records prior to initial appointment with Dr Uga. Not only was his recommendation for recommended medical treatment coherent (clear & succinct), but also included a thorough explanation. Entire clinic staff are professional and are courteous and make it clear that patient needs are of utmost concern. All of my treatment questions have been consistently answered with courteous, timely, and professional responses on my treatment.
