Was nervous when told by Dr Mansury that the fix for both eyes was cataract surgery. I put it off until I couldn't wait any longer. The surgery for each eye was 2 weeks apart, painless, and took about 30 minutes. I had no reason to be nervous. It was easier than going for dental surgery. I was home when I first removed the eye cover: I was amazed, I thought someone had painted my house. All the colors were so clear and bright. Even my shirts looked better. Due to the particular lens I chose I have not had to wear glasses since and I can now drive at night. My lens was more expensive and wasn't covered by insurance but the surgery was. Dr Mansury completely explained the lens options. His staff made the process very easy and answered all my questions. If you need the surgery there is no reason to wait. As I found out, your eyes do not get better while waiting..
