Dr. Salem has been treating me for the better part of 4 years now. First, with comprehensive diagnosis, explanation and thrn with subsequent cervical fusion. Have had a few ongoing follow ups too. He has a small staff and gives personal attention to me when I go. Personal greeting, personal explanation of whats going on, a personal discussion about treatment plans. I stress personal attention. He feels as much my friend as my surgeon. Unlike the impersonal treatment recieved at another surgery center. No herding you in, milking your insurance for every dime for every treatment imaginable. Except what would really help you.I recommend Dr. Salem to everyone experiencing spinal problems
