This was my first visit with Dr Redmond. She wasn't aware of what my appt was for. Since the appt slot that was scheduled, wasn't for the amount of time needed to address the issue I was seeking care, she was unsure if she could do it during this appt. I explained my hour plus drive to her office and my desire to get the issue taken care of the same day, she was accommodating and took care of it. She didn't rush through, she explained the procedure and was attentive. Dr Redmond was personable and professional and for the first time in many years I was completely at ease discussing sensitive issues with a doctor. Getting older has some embarrassing side effects and she handled my questions, concerns and statements with respect and care. The support staff and her nurses were wonderful, had a great sense of humor. They put me at ease. I left completely satisfied after the visit and had excellent care. Wait time was standard for a doctor appt, no complaints there either.
